Orbial dermoid cyst: Clinical scenario

In this case report we describe a of superotemporal orbital dermoid who came to our tertiary care centre. An 8 year old female presented us with swelling left superolateral region progressively increasing for past 3 years. CT scan was performed which showed well-defined non enhancing cystic lesion thin internal septations in extraconal space orbit, compartment. Although definitive diagnosis not clear but the findings were consistent cyst. Surgical excision mass done through sub-brow approach and histopathological examination sample confirmed it be Swelling relieved post-surgery.
